The Loop is a professional barter network built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the behaviors that are expected of all members and those that are strictly prohibited.
Permitted Uses
Members may use The Loop to list legitimate business services they offer, propose barter exchanges with other members, communicate professionally with trading partners, and build their professional reputation through reviews and completed trades.
Prohibited Content
Members may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent service listings; offer illegal goods or services; post content that is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory; or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate business barter.
Prohibited Conduct
Members may not attempt to circumvent the platform by taking transactions off The Loop to avoid membership fees; create multiple accounts; use automated tools to scrape member data; or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other members' experience.
Trade Integrity
Members must honor trade agreements once accepted, deliver services as described in their listings, and resolve disputes in good faith. Repeated failure to complete agreed trades will result in account suspension.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter a member violating this policy, please report it immediately through the platform's reporting tools or by emailing [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
